Quality Management System
At Macro, we are committed to delivering our clients with on-time and on-budget projects which meet their quality needs and expectations. We believe in a culture of quality excellence which starts with leadership and is achieved through the effective implementation and continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). We have established our QMS with the goal of providing and maintaining best-in-class quality services and we continually look for opportunities to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties.
We take the utmost pride in the quality of our workmanship and uphold the highest quality standards during each project entrusted to us. Our QMS complies with all regulatory requirements applicable to the scope of our services and is comprised of structured, documented information consisting of quality policies, program manuals, procedures, plans, and records. Our QMS is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 International Standard, which is an effective quality management framework based upon the seven quality management principles (See below). We have adopted ISO 9001:2015 because it is the most internationally recognized quality management standard in the world and enables us to continually measure ourselves against the “gold standard”.
Our QMS is implemented utilizing the process approach methodology described in the ISO 9001:2015 International Standard which ensures that our services are systematically planned, executed, inspected/tested, and continually improved with the end goal of our client’s being satisfied with the quality, reliability, and sustainability of the projects in which we deliver. We always aim to do things right the first time, on time, each time, but when things do not go as planned, we use it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Quality Commitment Policy
Macro has established a Quality Commitment Policy which represents the framework for communicating our Company’s commitment to the QMS and our expectations of all team members regarding the quality of their workmanship. We recognize that the achievement of this policy depends on the involvement and everyday actions of our frontline team members, which is why we take the time to communicate this policy and associated responsibilities to each person when hired and post it in prominent locations throughout our facilities as a constant reminder. All Company personnel are expected to understand this policy and apply it within their respective roles and assigned responsibilities.
